November 2022

Today was a Thanksgiving Tea Party.

 Cute forest animals become delicious and dress up on a plate.

 Shepherd’s pie, pumpkin pie, a must-have for Thanksgiving…

 It was so fun and delicious and everyone enjoyed it!

After the party, we had a great time playing on the balcony!

ᕼᗩᑭᑭY ᑭᑌᖇIᗰ!! 🎭✨🥳

We celebrated Purim Festival at Mustard Seed International Preschool!!

Students were all dressed up in superhero costumes!

From Israel 🇮🇱 where Bible stories took place, we learned about the origin of Purim Festival and about Queen Esther. We also learned some Hebrew words related to the festival!!

We had traditional Israeli food, falafel sandwich🥙 and schnitzel, for lunch! Of course, we had vegetable sticks with hummus 😊‼️

September 2021

The students had been looking forward for today’s tea party with the theme of “Alice in Wonderland.” ♠️♦️♣️♥️
The students enjoyed the Alice characters used in the table setting while observing table manners.🐰
Decaf coffee is used in preparation of tiramisu and purple sweet potato powder is used to color Cheshire Cat cookies. We also sprinkled edible gold leaves over strawberries. Abstaining from artificial color and food additives, we brought the students into the cute world of Alice in Wonderland🐇🐇🐇

July 2021

Summer Tea Party was held with the theme of “Beauty & the Beast.” 🥰

Curry & rice in the shape of Princess 👑 Belle’s dress, apple pies in the shape of rose🌹 …, Little princes and princesses who are dressed up beautifully, 😍

were excited as they sit at the table that is set for the world of “Beauty & the Beast” and enjoyed the tea party! 🫖👏🏻

🌷Rose Angela’s Tea Party 🌷 (May 2019)

Having the rose of angel in the center of the table, the tea and manner lesson of little princes and little princesses  was held.👔 👗

Shakado-Bento🍱 (February 2019)

This time the students learned how to eat Shokado-bento with lid cover and the correct way to hold chopsticks. They also had the opportunity to whisk their own Maccha tea with nice foams on the surface. They all sat straight and enjoyed learning. 🍱👔👗🍵

Happy Thanksgiving Tea Party! 🦃✨ (November)

Tea Party with the setting of Thanksgiving with a glimpse of Christmas. All students were dressed up well and became very cute princes and princesses. They learned the greetings and self introductions that are essential when they’re invited to a tea party. All, including younger students, could give greetings very well.

 

Thanksgiving Tea Party Elementary school students of our Church School was also held. They were very cute with girls who are well dressed up and boys wearing bow ties! ✨🦃✨

The Flower of Myrtle (JUNE)

We had Tea & Manner Lesson. This time, the theme was “Myrtle” which is the flower that appear in the Bible. The table setting was prepared using the tea set of “Queen of Heart” by Wedgwood. The students learned how to use napkins and how to eat fruits, etc. and enjoyed the tea time.

Fragrance of Jasmine (APRIL)

First the students learned the greetings and how to bow in Japanese style.
Then they enjoyed the Fragrance of Jasmine afternoon tea.

Manner & Afternoon Tea Party (FEBRUARY)

We had “Afternoon Tea Party” drinking Sweet Chai with a Cinnamon stick.
We learned about manners and proper etiquette! It was an exciting time of Drinking, Eating and Learning!

                                              

Thanksgiving Tea Party – Fruits Tea (NOVEMBER)

We had “Thanksgiving Tea Party” to thank God of His creation for the harvest. 
We enjoyed fruits tea flavored with an apple in it! It was a wonderful Tea Party!

     

Autumn Tea Party – Japanese Tea Ceremony (OCTOBER)

This time we had Autumn Tea Party.
The students learned the deportment the proper way of greeting in “tatami” room. Then they enjoyed Japanese sweets for Autumn season with green tea, “matcha.”

 

Alice in Wonderland Tea Party (JULY)

This month too the little princes and little princesses were dressed up. They enjoyed the orange flavored ice tea which was made of Ceylon tea and the mystic Chinese tea in which flower blooms, and learned manner in Alice in Wonderland settings.

 -Beauty and the Beast’s Tea Party- (JUNE)

At Mustardseed International Preschool, we’re having a manner lesson every month. In June, we had Beauty and the Beast Tea Party! 
 All our students enjoy learning manner along with English studies and music and art which nurture emotion for them to grow up as world class people. The students enjoyed the Beauty and the Beast spread on the table and tasted herb tea and English tea.

At Mustardseed International Preschool, we’re having a manner lesson every month.
In May, we had Peter Rabbit’s Tea Party.

We enjoyed and learned manner along with English studies and music and art which nurture emotion for our students to grow up as a world class people.
The students enjoyed the world of Peter Rabbit spread on the table and tasted chai.
